Community Security | Self-Defense Training with CSS

6:00PM - 7:00PM

Southern Dutchess

In today’s climate, the threat of potential violence is real — and preparation is more important than ever.

This hands-on training focuses on identifying pre-attack indicators — the behavioral cues that often appear before a situation turns physical — and learning effective techniques to protect yourself and those around you. Participants will be introduced to core Krav Maga principles and practice defensive responses designed for real-world situations.

This session is led by Ofer Shalom, Director of Training for the Community Security Service (CSS).
