Discover what makes an olive oil truly extra virgin, how its quality and flavor are evaluated, and what to look for when selecting olive oil. The presentation will include a guided tasting of kosher olive oils.

Presented by John Canevari, Co-founder and Certified Olive Oil Sommelier of The Blue Olive.

This week's menu: Bagels, lox, cream cheese, tofutti, tuna salad, tossed salad, and ice cream.

Menu's are subject to change. Gluten free options upon request. Suggested donation $8 per person, per event. No one will ever be turned away for lack of funds.
