An eight year old girl walks to her school and she is spit on, insulted and called a prostitute by some of her neighbors. Where did this happen? NYC? Chicago? Los Angeles?...NO. It happened in Jerusalem. Where those verbally abusive neighbors members of a gang? Maybe just juvenile delinquents?...NO. They were religiously observant Jews who felt that her clothes were not modest enough.
